Your data, treated with care

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your conversations to anyone. We do not run advertising networks on your data. Your study is your own.

We keep this minimal. We collect:

• Your account email and an encrypted password, so you can sign in.
• Your conversations and saved items, so your history is there when you return.
• Basic usage counts (how many messages you have used in a cycle), so plans and limits work.
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Only to make the product work: to sign you in, to show your history, to answer your questions, to count usage against your plan, and to keep the service secure. We do not use it for anything else without telling you.

We rely on a few trusted services to operate. They process data only so the product can function:

• A database and authentication provider, to store your account and content securely.
• A payment provider, to process subscriptions.
• A language-model service, which receives your question and the relevant scripture passages in order to generate an answer.

We share only what each service needs to do its job, and we choose providers that take security seriously.

We keep your account and conversations for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we are required to keep limited records (for example, payment receipts for tax purposes).

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Just write to us and we will help. You can also stop using the service and request deletion whenever you like.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to fix issues quickly.
